The test kit will be shipped directly to the mailing address on your questionaire. It comes with easy to follow instructions and you will collect the samples from the comfort of your own home.
IF YOU ARE STILL MENSTRUATING BE SURE TO COLLECT YOUR SAMPLES ON THE 16TH DAY OF YOUR CYCLE, DAY 1 BEING THE FIRST DAY OF MENSTRUATION.
The results will come to our office 10-14 days after you ship your samples to the lab.
Your personal protocol will be designed based on the results of your test and the information you provided on your questionaire. This packet of information will then be shipped to you. You may purchase any supplementation you may need at that time. After you have received your packet, you may schedule an office visit with the doctor or a phone consultation.
The cost of the test kit and your personal protocol is $387.00. Supplementation will range from $150-250, initially, and $60-120 monthly. Office visit is $75, and phone consult is $50/15 minutes.
